Welcome to GoGather by Imageye. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GoGather mobile application and associated services. By creating an account, accessing, or using GoGather, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the GoGather application or services.

2. Service Description

GoGather is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Collect and save image links while browsing on mobile devices
• Access their saved image link collections via a personal URL on desktop browsers
• Organize and manage their image link collections

The initial release is available exclusively for iOS users. Additional platforms may be supported in future releases.

3. Account Registration and Phone Number Authentication

To use GoGather, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number. By registering:

• You confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the image links and related content you collect through GoGather. By using the service, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the GoGather service to you.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use GoGather to collect, store, or share links to content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Contains explicit adult content involving minors
